At Bluet Bakery, we are committed to delivering fresh, delicious baked goods made with care. If something isnβt right with your order, weβre here to help. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.
1. Perishable Food Items
All of our products are made fresh daily and are considered perishable, which means we cannot accept returns once items have been delivered, picked up, or left the bakery.
If you believe there is a quality issue, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item(s). We will do our best to resolve the concern.
We may request:

2. Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong item or if an item is missing, please notify us within 24 hours.
Depending on the situation, we may offer:

Store credit

A refund to the original payment method
Photos may be required for verification.
3. Pickup & Delivery Issues
Missed Pickups
Because items are fresh and perishable, orders not picked up on the scheduled day cannot be refunded.
Delivery Concerns
If an item arrives damaged or there is a delivery issue, contact us within 12 hours, and include photos if possible, so we can assess the situation.
4. Gift Cards
Gift cards purchased from Bluet Bakery are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by Ontario law.
5. Allergy Disclaimer
Bluet Bakery works with major allergens such as nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten, and soy. While we take great care, we cannot guarantee allergen-free products.
Refunds cannot be provided for allergy-related issues disclosed after purchase.
